Optional per launch. Oversized buys are clipped and the extra HYPE is refunded in the same transaction. Your own first buy is exempt.

FAQ
Questions,
answered plainly.
What is Billz?
A token launchpad and trading site on Elysium, Kinetiq's Arbitrum Orbit L2 for Hyperliquid. Anyone can launch a token; trades are priced in HYPE by default, or in USDC or another Billz token when the creator chose that at launch, and settle on-chain.
How is the price set?
Each token trades in its own constant-product pool from the first block. The whole supply starts in the pool against a virtual reserve of its pair asset, so every buy moves the price up and every sell moves it down. Quotes come straight from the contract, so what you see is what you get up to your slippage.
Where does the liquidity live?
In the launchpad contract, forever. A launch puts all 1,000,000,000 tokens into a pool that has no withdraw function, so nobody, Billz included, can pull the liquidity out. There is no migration and no graduation; tokens burned by buybacks go to the dead address.
What are the fees?
1% on every buy and sell, split 70% to the creator and 30% to the protocol. Creators may add an extra 0–9% tax per side at launch: the protocol takes 10% of it and the rest goes to the creator, to holders as rewards, or to buybacks that burn the token, in the split the creator chose. Fees are paid in the pool's pair asset and fixed per token forever.
What are holder rewards and buybacks?
If a token's tax sends a share to holders, that share is spread across everyone holding the token, pro rata, in the pool's pair asset, and claimed from the token page whenever they like. A buyback share is queued for anyone to swap for the token and burn, which pushes the price up and the circulating supply down.
Do I need to approve before selling?
No. Every Billz token pre-approves the launchpad, which is immutable and only ever pulls tokens from the seller inside a sell. One signature per trade.
Can I pay in HYPE for a token priced in something else?
Yes. Every pool can be bought and sold with HYPE: for a pool priced in a Billz token the launchpad buys that token on its own pool first, and for a pool priced in another asset it swaps through the market the protocol has set up for it. Both steps settle in one transaction, and anything the anti-snipe cap leaves unused comes back as HYPE. You can still trade in the pool's own asset if you hold it.
What can a pool be priced in?
HYPE by default. A creator may instead pick USDC or another asset the protocol lists, any Billz token that is priced in HYPE, or, while open quotes are on, any plain ERC-20 on Elysium, including tokens from other launchpads, with an opening reserve the creator sets. The choice is fixed at launch. Fees and rewards are paid in that asset.
Is a listed token endorsed by Billz?
No. Tokens are created by their launchers. Prices can fall to zero, and nothing on Billz is investment advice.
